I am in the middle of a big move, and I am leaving my team behind. Here are some things I've learned that can help you make a team. 1)Always have a positive attitude. 2)Give every drill, sprint, move, or pass 100%, don't just do it half way.3)Encourage your soon to be team mates, Believe me, the Coach will notice. 4) If you did all 3 things above on your last team, compare them, and think: If you asked your old coach, and the coach of the team your trying out for, to write about your effort, attitude, and sportsmanship, will it be the same on both sides?
